The annual meeting of the Euramet Technical Committee for Mass and Related Quantities took place in INRiM Torino, Italy between 7th and 11th October 2024. The Technical Committee of Mass and Related Quantities (TC-M) is concerned with measurement issues in technical areas including: Mass, Pressure, Force, Torque, Hardness, Density, Viscosity, Gravimetry, Dynamic Mechanical Measurements. The sub-committee on Pressure covers topics varying from Realisation and dissemination of the SI unit of pressure to Improvement, development and application of pressure measurement and related technologies, and development of methods and guides for pressure calibration. Representatives from the MaritimeMET consortium, Mr. Fredrik Arrhén from RISE and Dr. Richard Högström from VTT-MIKES were present during the meeting. Mr. Fredrik Arrhén presented the project objectives and discussed with committee members about the planned approaches and expected outcomes from the MaritimeMET project. The consortium partners plan to periodically update the committee about the planned activities and their progress in subsequent meetings.
